PROGRAMS

The HCBC was organized to foster local, regional and national amateur athletic competition. We fulfill this purpose through our programs.  Our skill development programs are designed to improve the individual skill level of our athletes. We play basketball all year round.

 
To register for an HCBC Program you must create and/or log in using your SIPlay userid and password.

The HCBC Summer Skills Development Academy seeks to develop individual basketball skills, confidence, and overall understanding of the game. 

The program includes strength & conditioning training, skill clinics, small group training, and open-gym pick up games.  

The summer program will meet three days per week for six weeks beginning the first week of June and is open to boys and girls. Program cost is $250.

The Premier Shooting Academy is designed to help athletes improve their shooting skills. Participants will learn the mechanics of shooting, learn perfecting shooting techniques, and engage in film study of their shot.  

The Academy is 6 sessions with 250 shots per session and is open to athletes in the 6th grade or above. Program cost is $300.

The HCBC Elite Squad is a 10-week skill development program designed to teach the fundamentals of basketball to young athletes and prepare them for the next level of competitive basketball. Skill training includes dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. The Program is open to K-6th grade boy and girls.

Registration for the Elite Squad program is closed.

The HCBC Elite Squad Girls Competitive Team is open to 4th-5th grade girls. In addition to the 10-week skill development program this group receives specialized training with a member of the HCBC Coaching Staff and will compete in our Club sponsored basketball tournaments in the Spring. Our Travel team season begins in the Spring. Teams participate in local tournaments as well as travel to both in-state and out-of-state tournaments. The travel program is open to athletes in the 3rd - 8th grade.

The HCBC Travel Basketball Program is a tryout program. Participants must be registered and accompanied by an adult/guardian in order to participate.

Tryouts for the 2019 Season have concluded.
