MISSION

The mission of the Hoover Competitive Basketball Club (HCBC) is to deliver a competitive basketball experience where experienced and motivated coaching, as well as supportive and involved parents, can enable the most talented, dedicated, and focused student athletes to attain their maximum potential in the sport of basketball.

PURPOSE

The HCBC is a community-based organization formed to provide opportunities for improving the basketball abilities of youth; to promote the principles of teamwork, and to teach the individual responsibility of good sportsmanship through participation in competitive basketball activities.

MEMBERSHIP

The members of the HCBC represent a cross-section of educational, social and cultural life of the city of Hoover as well as the surrounding community and consist of athletes of good character and athletic ability who participate in the HCBC Travel Basketball Program as well as their families.

NON-PROFIT

The Hoover Competitive Basketball Club (HCBC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of US law.
